Remote access policy for technical support service:

To perform Problem Diagnostic Viyamsoft technicians will require access to your computer.

Access Permission: By entering the 6 digit code provided by the Viyamsoft technicians (in the Logmein or Viyamsoft Connect access panel) you are explicitly allowing the Viyamsoft technicians to access and control your computer.

Complete Control of Customers over Remote Session - A customer always has total control on remote session and he can disconnect the session anytime by clicking on the close button of the application.

No Access Post Session When the session is terminated, all connections to and from your computer through the Remote Support Software are terminated and the Remote Support software is removed from your system.

Recording Permission Please note that the remote access session is recorded for training, quality assurance and user safety purposes.

User Safety Policy

Viyamsoft technician stick on the following User Safety policies.

Close Personal Information Before providing access you are requested to close all the personal and the confidential files and folders. Viyamsoft technicians will not access any files or folders without your permission.

No Third Party Software Downloads:

For your safety, Viyamsoft representatives are not authorized to download or use any third party software on your PC.

No Third Party Payment Collection:

Viyamsoft does not collect payments through PayPal, or any third party payments service providers.

No Third Party Software Sales:

Viyamsoft does not sell any software from any third party websites.

No Outbound Sales Calls:

Viyamsoft does not make unsolicited calls to consumers for technical support requests.

Presence Recommended:

Viyamsoft recommends user to be present in front of their PCs during the remote session.

Non Critical Errors:

Temp Files, Registry Errors, Low Memory, CPU Usage levels and Windows Update Warnings are not necessarily critical errors

Remote Access Disclaimer
  • Close all the personal files and folders.
  • The customer can disconnect the session by closing the assistance window at any given time.
  • Once the session is terminated, all existing connections between the customer’s and our technician’s computers will be terminate.
  • We have the right to record all the sessions for internal training and quality purposes
