Information Collection and Use

Viyamsoft’ Support is the sole owner of the information collected through the web site/phone/email. We will not sell or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy. Viyamsoft’ Support collects information from the users by the phone, chat and emails only. We will ask you personal information when we need or allows us to contact you. In order to use the Viyamsoft’ Support Service and the toolbar user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give user contact information (such as First and Last name, e-mail address, Postal address, Personal identifier etc.). Viyamsoft’ Support will use your contact details to contact you regarding the product and/or services you have requested. This includes re-registration/renewal notifications, special offers, and surveys on improving our service. Payment Information if the user registers to use the Service provided by Viyamsoft’ Support, we will collect credit card information, and other payment information necessary to complete a payment from users. Viyamsoft’ Support may use Amazon’s Payment Gateway to process and verify credit cards for billing purposes. This may include: information about the date of purchase of your computer, type of computer, the identification number of your computer, make and model of your computer and/or any computer hardware, software or peripherals attached to it, the condition of the computer, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations, and error tracking files. Generally, this information is required to provide personalized technical support to you, and to help us update our support tools and enhance our supported products list.

Remote Assistance

Viyamsoft may take authority to access your computer by the secure remote support tool to resolve your issues as per need. This software is completely secure, licensed and trusted and our authorized users can only check the errors on your computer and will help you to install software into it.

We provide remote support only if customer insists us to diagnose the actual errors and fix it. We recommend all consumers, if the product is under warranty; brand owner may provide a free support on their products. Our support is paid. Types of Information Viyamsoft Collects: Viyamsoft never collects credit card information and other payment information over the phone. Viyamsoft uses Amazon’s payment processing, payment gateway transactions to process and verify credit cards on our behalf.

The main purpose of cookies is to identify users and possibly prepare customized Web pages for them.
